Fresh Brew Coffee

We brew some of the best coffee Fredericton has to offer – fresh from Whitney Coffee Co. who take coffee seriously and out of respect for the craft, so do we. Ground and brewed daily we currently serve Whitney's popular Medium Colombian Roast and French Dark Roast. Want the purrfect cup at home? We retail Whitney's Coffee beans by the pound.

French Press

This premium brewing method allows more of the natural coffee bean oils to make it into your cup of coffee, instead of becoming trapped in a paper filter. What does this jibberish actually mean? You get a very bold and flavourful coffee that will send your taste buds soaring! We dare you to try it, you may never go back! Our French Press coffee is available in Medium roast, Dark roast, and Decaf.

Espresso

Espresso, also known as Concentrated Energy, is made by pushing a small amount of high-pressure hot water through very finely ground coffee. This process results in a small shot of thick coffee with a higher-than-normal level of dissolved solids and a thick layer of crema on top. Add hot water to our espresso shots to have an Americano! Our espresso is served in double or quad shots and is also available in Decaf.

Iced Coffee

Our closely guarded recipe.. just kidding, we make our iced coffee by pouring our medium or dark roast brewed coffee over ice. Ice Coffee's come unsweetened to highlight the taste of our craft coffee, though feel free to add your favorite flavor shot for some sweetness.

Tea

Did you know that most Tea's have a higher concentration of Caffeine? Tea is perfect for anyone looking for a morning boost if coffee isn't your flavor. We serve a number of tea's - including Orange Pekoe which is caffeine-free. If Earl Grey is good enough for Picard, it's good enough for us.

Hot Chocolates

Sometimes all you need is Chocolate. Along with the classic tried-and-true Hot Chocolate, we have our Signature Hot Chocolate along with flavor options including Salted Caramel, Vanilla Bean, and seasonal specialties! Homemade marshmallows are available and are  a great add-on to any Hot Chocolate!

We have partnered with several local businesses to bring the best of local treats to our customers! Fresh brownies, cookies, and homemade marshmallows are provided by local delicatessen, Chesspiece Patisserie - our incredible Oatcakes are provided by I Heart Oatcakes - and all of our delicious bagels are supplied by The Great Canadian Bagel.

We proudly serve the coffee of Fredericton's leading roasters, The Whitney Coffee Co. This coffee is carefully sourced and roasted in small batches. Why does this matter? This means that the coffee in your cup was likely to be roasted mere days ago - you won’t get this level of fresh at your large chain coffee shops!
