Nathan came to us on June 6, 2019 from the Oakland area where he had been found to be in poor physical condition and obviously required help.  Nathan was born about March 28, 2019 and was one of 26 cats who arrived on our doorstep on this date, sixteen of whom came from the Oakland area.  All required immediate medical care.

Nathan was diagnosed with a bad case of upper respiratory infection which had damaged his eyes to the degree that his right eye had to be removed.  He was prescribed medication and antibiotics and very soon was feeling much better and happy to be free of pain.  Within 48 hours, he was back to being a playful kitten, now that he had a nice warm bed, lots of food and medical care.  Thanks to the Florenceville Veterinary Clinic for their medical skills and support for these newest strays of DunRoamin’, as well as the thousands they have already helped.  Nathan is doing very well.  He is a normal kitten who runs, plays, eats, cuddles and purrs like any other – he knows what love is and he’s fine!!   Nathan and Thelonius must be adopted together – they need each other!
