Lincoln” came to us on June 6, 2019 from the Oakland area where he had been found to be in poor physical condition and obviously required help. Lincoln was born about March 28, 2019 and was one of 26 cats who arrived at our door on this day, 16 of whom came from the Oakland area. We thank the person who discovered this colony all alone and brought them for help.
Lincoln had upper respiratory infection and required pain medication, antibiotics and eye medication. His right eye has some damage that may be able to be repaired once it heals a bit. We’re keeping our fingers crossed. They could not be in better hands than those of the Florenceville Veterinary Clinic. With lots of professional care, medication and good food, Lincoln has come a very long way in only a few weeks. He is no longer on medication and is eager to move to a new home where he can join a family that will love and care for him forever. He’s willing to do the same in return!! Lincoln particularly loves his new canine foster brother, Miller, as you can see in this photo!
